  • Yu Chen

Hi, my name is Yu Chen. I am an esports entrepreneur with rich experience in merchandising, account managing, and brand partnership in esports and gaming. I wear many hats in multiple projects while ONWEAR is currently the business that I have put the most effort into as its founder and main executive. Be that as it may, I hope to see myself involving in more businesses within the esports and gaming industry.

I started my esports career early in my high school sophomore year running esports tournaments in-and-out campuses. Organizing and promoting these events led me to pursue a bachelor degree in Boston University's College of Communication. I started ONWEAR in my freshman year and expanded it into a large presence in the Chinese esports scene throughout the next four years. To further grasp knowledges I need to run my businesses, I finished my edication path by obtaining a master degree in management at Duke's Fuqua School of Business. My experience is self-explanatory: I'm always open to new opportunities, getting out of my comfort zones, and trying new things.

In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, traveling, and watching movies. If you are interested, here are 25 interesting things about me.
